JOB DESCRIPTION: Tecnifibre is looking for an energetic individual with the desire to win by helping to make the accounting and finance function at the company more effective and flexible. This role reports to the Business Unit COO and is a hybrid role between accounting and finance and will have visibility to the highest levels of the organization
Profile

· Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
· 3+ years of accounting experience.
· Working knowledge of tax laws and GAAP.
· Strong financial analysis skills.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Strong organizational and presentation skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel. Must be comfortable with large data sets
· Ability to work with little to no supervision.
· Master’s degree preferred
LOCATION: - Dallas, TX, Miami, FL or Nashville, TN (still TBD at this time)
TRAVEL FREQUENCY: - Approx. 10% of the time
We offer
• Coordinating accounting functions and programs and leading the monthly closing process.
• Preparing financial analyses and reports.
• Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditures.
• Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.
• Preparing cash flow projections and working with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the cash available in the business.
• Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
• Assisting with annual audit preparations.
• Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
• Preparing federal, state, local, and special tax returns with the assistance of external parties as needed
• Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
• Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.
• Responsible for cash collections including all Accounts Receivables
• Responsible for all cash outflows including all payments to suppliers, payroll and other disbursements; work with required partners to reconcile invoices and adjust as necessary.
