Tecnifibre is a French brand with a strong international presence, part of the Maus Frères Brands group (Lacoste, Aigle, Gant). We partner with major professional events and top international athletes in tennis and squash.

Over the past 8 years, Tecnifibre has multiplied its business by 3. Our ambition is to continue this growth journey and further grow the business.

Tecnifibre is currently in a strong development phase and needs to continue strengthening its business development across Asia, with China as a major priority and selected export markets offering significant growth potential.

Your mission

Purpose of the role is to accelerate Tecnifibre business development across Asia Export and E-commerce, with a strong focus on China, selected medium-sized countries and strategic Key Accounts / marketplaces across the region.

The role allocation is expected to be: 30% China, a high-priority market; 40% medium-sized countries including India, Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines; and 30% Key Accounts and marketplaces across the zone.

The role is accountable for building sustainable growth models based on business development, distributor management, sell-in, sell-out, stock, margin, marketplace performance and e-KPI analysis, joint business plan.

The role will work closely with the ASPAC Director, the HQ E-commerce Director to ensure strong commercial execution, digital excellence and consistent brand visibility across the region.

The role will deploy the SERVE commercial excellence approach: Segmentation, Education, Range, Visibility and Execution, monitored through SMART KPIs.


Main responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Build and execute the Asia Export and E-commerce roadmap with clear country, channel, customer and marketplace priorities.
  • Lead the China growth agenda in close coordination with local partners, customers and HQ teams, considering China as a top strategic priority.
  • Develop India, Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines through clear Where to Play / How to Win plans, adapted to each market potential and distribution model.
  • Contribute to the yearly commercial plan, including sales targets, margin objectives, product priorities, promotional planning and business development opportunities.
  • Identify new business opportunities, new partners, new channels and new digital growth levers in the assigned region.

2. Distributor and Market Management

  • Build and implement Joint Business Plans with key distributors and strategic customers, including business goals, sales targets, promotion calendar, product range, visibility plan and key initiatives.
  • Implement periodic business reviews to monitor sell-in, sell-out, stock levels, margin, product mix, next-quarter priorities and corrective action plans.
  • Drive country segmentation and resource allocation by market potential, customer type, channel relevance and growth opportunity.

3. Key Account, Marketplace and E-commerce Management

  • Develop strategic Key Accounts and leading marketplaces across Asia, ensuring the right assortment, visibility, campaign timing and commercial execution.
  • Improve e-commerce performance by driving e-KPIs, product content accuracy, online visibility, search ranking, campaign effectiveness and marketplace action plans.
  • Collaborate with the HQ E-commerce Director and HQ to deploy digital standards, marketplace guidelines, brand content and online activation best practices.
  • Propose and execute the 4R model: Right Product, Right Volume, Right Timing and Right Promotion, based on sales data and market potential analysis.

4. Execution and Operational Excellence

  • Manage sales and volume projections for assigned markets and accounts, monitor monthly landings and support accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate closely with supply, business control, marketing, product and sales administration teams to secure launch execution, product availability and operational follow-up.
  • Track the right KPIs by country, distributor, account and marketplace, including sell-in, sell-out, stock coverage, product mix, margin, online visibility, e-KPIs and execution quality.
  • Spend time in the field with customers, distributors, stores, clubs, coaches and digital partners to stay close to market reality and react quickly to opportunities.

5. Brand Representation and External Partnership

  • Ensure Best In Class external representation of the Tecnifibre brand with distributors, Key Accounts, marketplaces, clubs, academies, tournaments and other business partners.
  • Improve brand awareness and visibility through relevant brand assets, product storytelling, education plans and coordinated offline / online action plans.
  • Maintain close contact with customer HQs, local partners and key influencers in the racquet sports ecosystem to support awareness, education, sales development and quick reaction to opportunities.

  • Customer mapping: ability to work positively with distributors, retailers, marketplace teams, HQ stakeholders and local partners.
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to work across cultures and time zones.
  • Agility and proximity: ability to stay close to the field, customers and digital partners, and react quickly to business opportunities.
  • Excel, PowerPoint and business analysis skills.
  • Passion for sports; tennis or racquet sports knowledge is a strong plus.
  • Chinese and English fluency are mandatory for China business development and regular communication with Tecnifibre HQ.

Qualifications & Experiences required

  • Bachelor/Master degree
  • Ideally 5+ years of successful experience in retail business development, export, Key Accounts.
  • Ecom/Digital experience is a plus

Location and working conditions

  • Preferred base: China / Hong Kong area.
  • Regular travel across the Asia zone will be required, approximately 30% of the time, equal to one week per month on average (+1 or 2 trips in Paris per year)
  • Compensation package: fixed salary + bonus.
  • Target start date: December 1, 2026.

  • Mandatory language requirement: fluent Mandarin and fluent English are required. Due to the China focus and the functional reporting relationship with HQ, the successful candidate must be able to operate confidently in both languages.
